Auditions for The Sooner Theatre's SummerStage and Young Producers camps are scheduled for March 27-29. We will begin scheduling audition appointments closer to the audition date. Once the date is set it will be posted on this page.
SummerStage (ages 8-13) will present Disney's
Beauty and the Beast.
Camp begins June 1. Performances will be held the final weekend in June. (Exact dates TBD)
Young Producers (ages 13-18) will present
Les Miserable. Camp begins July 6. Performances will be held at the end of July. (Exact dates TBD)
NEW AUDITION REQUIREMENT!
This year we are requiring parents/guardians to attend a Musical Theatre Audition Workshop on Sunday, January 18 from 2-4 pm before your child(ren) can be eligible to audition for our SummerStage or Young Producers camp. The workshop is free and will be held at The Sooner Theatre. If you are unable to attend the workshop on that day, please call The Sooner Theatre at (405) 321-9600 so that we can notify you as soon as we set an alternate workshop date. Children who plan to audition are encouraged to attend the workshop as well.
The Musical Theatre Audition Workshop is NOT required for participation in our non-audition summer camps.
